We value our Educators, Staff and Management Educators are selected for their unique and personal approach and commitment to quality education and care. The individual strengths and skills each person offers contribute to the positive respectful culture of the Centre. Professional Development, including coaching and mentoring is a key contributor to our educators knowing that they belong and are valued. Educators, Management and staff work in partnership to reflect and improve on the services we provide. Our open door policy and interactive educators meetings provides the opportunity for active listening and discussion around any issue that matters. We have a zero tolerance to child abuse and all of our management, educators and staff are vetted to ensure that their previous employment history is reviewed thoroughly and current work with children and police checks are clear. Our team all commit to the Child Safe Standards through the Code of Conduct acknowledgement process.
