My son started his experience in the sanctuary at hillside from the nursery room and went through all the years of pre-school at the centre.

We have found most of the staff to be warm, caring and concerned in his progress over the years.

The 3yr and 4yr kinder program was well implemented with new activities and initiatives organised by the room leads.

We have had constructive discussion with the owner and staff when we were concerned about a few things. Their responsiveness and care to address the matter promptly was appreciated.

My son has fond memories of his time at the place and continues to miss his teachers as he starts schooling this year.

My wide and I would recommend this place for you child where the would feel accepted and appreciated.

We Just recently enrolled our child at The Sanctuary at Hillside. My son has special needs and the centre is very supportive in assisting us so that he can be included in the activities and have the best possible experience. They are also very responsive to any queries and promptly give us any updates. He adjusted fairly quickly too. He is now settled in his room and happy to be at the centre. All the staff are very friendly and they try to accommodate all our requests. We are happy with The Sanctuary and we look forward to our child’s journey with them.

I would recommend the sanctuary at hillside to anyone who was looking for somewhere for their children to go. You can’t go wrong. I have been a part of the sanctuary family for 6 years now with my oldest having just finished there and I still have 2 children attending. The staff are amazing and always willing to help, they are always kind and caring towards my children. Nothing is too much for them. They have amazing indoor-outdoor areas for kids to enjoy, my kids enjoy going there and eat more there than they do at home. I have so much trust in the staff at the sanctuary and know anyone that sends there children there would not be disappointed.

Absolutely love everything about the Sanctuary! The staff are amazing! My son has been attending there for 18 months now and my daughter just started. My daughter has attended here for just over a year now, I would highly recommend this daycare. We couldn’t be more happy with the level of care she receive, I absolutely love the teaching style also.

All the staff are incredible, it’s one of the hardest jobs and they all do it so well, my daughter adores every teacher she’s had. You can tell they truly love children.

On days she doesn’t have daycare, she wants to go, that to me is the biggest sign of how much she loves it. And when I pick her up she is happy to stay playing.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the most amazing experience my son has had at The Sanctuary during the past two years. The entire team from management to carers and key leaders work exceptionally well ensuring the most positive experience is delivered at all times.

We have previously used other childcare centres and this by far stands out from the rest. Kellie the owner genuinely cares for her staff and all our little people. You only have to step into the reception area to feel the warm and positive vibe.

It’s an extremely demanding job yet all staff are always welcoming and extremely caring which speaks volumes of the way the centre operates with staff who love what they do. I would like to especially mention the kinder room which this year has delivered such a well though out program incorporating play based learning, structured learning time, as well as customized learning depending on the child’s interests and needs. The list goes on. Preeti the kinder education leader is very nurturing and engaging with both parents and kids She is such a great asset to The Sanctuary. The kids just adore her. She’s always available for a chat, feedback and open to working with parents to help children achieve their best potential in preparation for school. I would highly recommend this centre.

I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to everyone at The Sanctuary for taking care of my daughters who have attended The Sanctuary for more than a year. The entire team, management, staff and even people who cook and bake are very warm, friendly, and caring.

Taking care of so many children, especially young ones is a very demanding job. I am so happy that I found this unbelievably amazing place.

Their kinder teacher, is truly a very caring and nice person who connects so well with children and brings out the best in them. My older daughter connects with her very well and can share anything with her. My younger daughter also loves Preeti and cannot stop talking about her. Similarly, Kellie, the owner is very nice. She connects with children and us (parents) one on one.

The place itself is very well structured for children to not only learn but also channel their energies to improve their emotional, cognitive, and psychological development. Before Sanctuary, my girls were not very social and lacked a lot of social skills. After spending almost two years at Hillside, my girls have become confident, friendly, and very sociable. They have made great friends, learned about actions and their consequences, and have developed a deep sense of responsibility for their actions.

Moreover, children celebrate each other’s birthdays and parents also choose to celebrate them outside sanctuary and it further helps children develop close friendships.

The best thing about sanctuary is the teachers and owner Kellie are always available to talk and discuss about children and their growth.

I am genuinely grateful for the care, love and understanding that the entire team at Sanctuary has shown towards my granddaughters. They have attended Sanctuary for almost 3 years now and they love it there. They wait to go to Sanctuary and eagerly interact with their teachers, staff and even management.

It is extremely comfortable place for children due to highly trained staff. They are a real gem and connect very well with children. They always find time to understand kids and bond with them to help the reach their fullest potential. My granddaughters just love it.

Best place to send your kids! Simply awesome! Teachers and all the staff are AMAZING and extremely friendly. My daughter goes to Sanctuary for the past 2 years and still goes there.
